Rafter P Construction was founded in February 2002 by Brad Pryor. Rafter P Construction specializes in design build construction projects in the Residential, Commercial, and Farm & Ranch sectors of North Texas. Brad started Rafter P Construction with just one truck and one employee, calling upon past experience in construction and ranching and relying heavily on a strong will to succeed with confidence in his abilities. Today, Rafter P Construction has grown to a fleet of trucks/equipment and 50+ employees, and a corporate office/design center in Greenville, TX and another design center in Decatur, TX.

Rafter P Construction is very active in supporting FFA and 4-H program across Northeast Texas as well as several local youth sports organizations. Rafter P Construction focuses their scholarship program on trades because they are the driving force of America and Rafter P Construction!

Rafter P Construction established an early reputation for quality work that brings healthy growth to the company as well as the community. Rafter P Construction is on the leading edge of the construction industry with raising the bar every day with their design build process.
