THE DISNEY CABANA

This Rafter P 42x43 custom cabana features a mixture of custom rectangular tubing and rolled steel. The custom offset roof eave lines bring the overall square footage of this structure to 1,426. Special covered outdoor entertainment area includes 1,110 sqft of covered lounging area. The outdoor kitchen area features a 4-foot-tall granite serving area and table top seating for large events as well as a full sink, cooktop, grill, ice machine, mini fridge, etc. The floor to roof custom dry stacked Arkansas River Rock stonework provides cover for an outdoor wood burning fireplace with a gas drop. The seating area is directly below a 10' Big Fan to help break the Texas summer heat. One side of the cabana features a large pool closet with a bathroom, while the other side features a guest bedroom with a kitchenette and a full bath with a custom frameless glass shower, totaling 316 square foot of air-conditioned space. The custom heated in ground pool features a sunbathing area, hot tub, grotto, 2 waterfalls, LED lighting, and water volleyball net inserts. The travertine tile and landscaping surrounding the cabana and pool makes for the perfect place to relax and enjoy the outdoors!
